Nope, the Boeing air pilot captain and Iron Maiden lead vocalist Bruce Dickinson is southern English. The musicians and air pilots in Iron Maiden are all English. Iron Maiden are a very famous and popular English metal band.

The Doors and other bands also made good cover-versions of this song.... but my favourite cover-version of this song 'Who Do You Love' is by this Scottish band. I love their soft voices and accents.
