Thinking of becoming a helicopter pilot

So I think I really want to do this and become a helicopter pilot. I'm thinking of taking classes and get licensed then get a job in that field and pay is actually pretty good. It'd be something I'd enjoy. I'm willing to hear any opinion from whomever have some knowledge or wants to share advice.

I thought you wanted to be a farmer? I suppose it'd be handy to have a copter licence when it comes to harvesting.

Sounds like one of the cooler jobs to have, if you've got the sack, to hack it. I bet you could save a ton of money and get plenty of experience by joining the U.S. Army and flying some of their whirlybirds. I do enjoy watching them fly by as they rattle the fillings out of my teeth.
