Possibly and btw, it's a total myth that Ashkenazi Jews have the highest average IQ. If you actually seperate different regions of China, the Shanghainese for example, they have a higher IQ.

Actually the highest IQ provinces in China score up to 115 on average. Equal to average Ashkenazi IQ.

108–115 is the Ashkenazi range, I think some studies are different though. I am sure there are individuals with a much higher IQ than 115 if that is the Shanghai average.

Individuals in every race (except probably Australian abos) can have an IQ above 115. It's just much rarer in some than others.

what if the person is a good person with a good heart ? imagine a nice family with a father who is also willing to work , they want to escape the warzone they are in , friendly people with a heart of gold but their IQ is low . will you close the doors only because they are not einsteins ?

I think it is imo. I also believe environmental aspects do affect IQ as well.
