Some groups may be genuinely privileged, but not by race-- one could argue that WASPs, from high-income families, who go to good schools and live in good neighborhoods, etc, are 'privileged', but that would discount the WASPs who live in trailer parks, Appalachia, the Ozarks, and so on.

I voted for Hispanics because they not only have the most social support (strong media influence, political control, etc), but also have access to government aid, have strong and large families (even if they have a tendency to stab each other), it's easy for them to find work, and so on...

Jews are both rich and influential as hell,AND have a Victim "Minority card".Ultimate privelage.Meanwhile,Southeast Asians like Cambodians and Laotians,Hmong are the opposite.They come as poor ghetto refugees and live in poor Black and Latino gangbanger areas in Cali but get lumped in and stereotyped as rich East Asians or totally invisible,ultimate loss.
