How racist is UK toward Polish and other Slavs?

it is towards Polish workers mainly, people see the Polish taking English peoples jobs, there are hardly any other type of Slavs here in big numbers

It's not a big issue as far as I'm aware. The odd grumbles I've heard(I'm from a working class area) are that Poles are getting council housing before locals and are keeping wages down, but this is local. It changes from place to place.

I don't dislike Poles that are here to work but it is a hard situation when they can charge cheaper but still 'live like kings'. Jobs should go to working class English people first. The majority of people that complain about them taking the jobs are benefit claimants scum and if they were offered the job that the Poles are doing they would decline it
