Interesting. Seems like Greeks from Thessaly and Macedonia(Greek Macedonia, Florina for example) have more overlap with Albanians and Macedonians when compared to other Greeks, some Greeks from Euboea and the Peloponnese also had this overlap. Southern Macedonia(FYROM) overlaps with Albania as well. Interesting to see that some Aromanians were clustering with southern Macedonians

Interesting how author of this PCA plots outside of Croatian variation, on some plots he appears as typical Czech. His father is more southern than him, but still among northernmost people in Slovenian part of cluster.
I wonder are rest on North-West Croats like that, probably yes in my opinion.
