It’s cryptic, dark, and going really, really fast — and a pair of Harvard scientists say the mysterious space object ‘Oumuamua may actually have come from an alien civilization.

The theory, which the scientists call “exotic,” comes from a recent paper they wrote which was published online in November.

“I follow the maxim of Sherlock Holmes: When you have excluded the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth,” one of the authors, Abraham Loeb, said, according to NBC News.

1. There are over 30 million asteroids in our solar system and not one of them is shaped like the Oumuamua, infact the laws of collision dynamics, which is the physics behind the formation of space materials, is 99.999999% against an object of this shape being produced by collisions of large objects in space

2. The object entered our solar system at a trajectory that saw it come closest to our earth, and then it sped up as it shot away with the suns pull, totally baffling scientists because according to physics the object should not have sped up.

3. The chances of a significantly small object (reative to other celestial objects) hitting our solar system has to be literally 1 in a quintillion chance since the vast majority of our unicerse is just empty space.

So an object with a 1 in a billion shape, hitting our solar system at this trajectory 1 in a quintillion chance, and then speeding up instead of slowing down after coming fairly close to our earth is absolute sign of this being an alien artifact then a random space rock.
