American actor (former actor?) known for playing "The Sherminator" in the American Pie series, and Cadet Wuliger in Major Payne.

He looks a bit different more recently (top pic, right half), but I'm guessing he had some work done on his face. His hair color and skull shape seem Keltic Nordid, but I'm getting a significantly East Baltid vibe too. Anyone else seeing that?

When I saw Major Payne years ago I also thought of him as East Baltid/Keltic Nordid mix.
