He doesn't look German but easily Norwegian. British Germanic types resemble more Scandinavians than Germans IMHO. Shetlantic people have huge Norse Viking admixture so I think he look typical for his ancestry.

Coloring yes, features not so muchI've been on holiday to Denmark and I think I stood out as British there. I've also been on a lot of holidays around Europe and I'm often identified as British by sight. That said, I don't look very much like most British either, especially English where I live. I think I probably look more Scottish than English.You obviously have no idea how celtic-british people look like.This guy looks germanic and i would never guess him as a british.
