Many Syrian refugees are in favor of those "terrorist activities" you mention, they fled from Assad, and in fact, only some fled, rest just took the opportunity.

There's probably two million in Turkey there now. Nothing short of ethnic cleansing or genocide will get rid of them and I have a feeling there isn't any political support for that.
