After this battle the Byzantines almost regained the Roman empire back. However the Arabian Desert tribes in the Levant who were mostly pagans were never loyal to the Byzantine and would switch their alliance and the empire will fall and confined to the Balkans and Anatolia.

I'm going to teach an important life lesson: it looks bad to be all like 'my ethnic/nation did stuff... look...' It's trying too hard to draw attention. It's fine if other people who are not of your ethnicity/nation point out something awesome that your ethnicity/nation did but it looks really bad when you do it yourself.

There is a reason why every poster who creates threads about their ethnic awesomeness and beats their ethnic chest always comes across looking goofy and pathetic. I can't think of one poster who does this and is taken seriously.
