They were on the same battlefield and were supposed to kill each other, but they didn’t shoot but embraced Later, the Bolsheviks put my great-grandfather's brother in jail for 10 years, for that he was an officer in the Tsarist Army and in the White Guard
My family (maternal line) also suffered, not so dramatically as yours, but there were human losses.
The great-great-grandfather and part of his family were killed during the Red Terror in the Crimea in 1920, after the evacuation of Wrangel's army. The Soviet government considered him a "class enemy" and "bourgeoisie." His own brother was poruchik (= lieutenant in NATO army) in the Russian army of General Wrangel, also died there.

My great-great-grandfather fought in this war, he served in the white army, he was injured and returned home, may God rest his soul.

Nope, I talk about 2018 and a celebration in Paris.
Where are the Serbs as the people who gave the highest number of victims in the war a shamed by calling Thaci at the ceremony, the "president" of the ''Kosovo''. Where Thaci's ancestor been on the side of the defeated and the occupying forces.
And he was sitting behind the strongest people of today.

But Serbian president was in the back. Shame for both for Serbia and for Russia, Russia has fallen low in my eyes since then.

In general, the Macedonian front is little-known unfortunately, and after all Serbs, Greeks, French, British, Russians, Italians bravely fought there.
