But yes, that (the border/illegal immigration) is one of the biggest reasons he was elected, but like I said, he has limited authority, and more importantly he doesn't control the purse, so it's all hypothetical. To better understand whether or not he is full of bullshit then it might be better to look at what he has done within his power to do, and not only at what he hasn't accomplished in matters beyond his authority to do.

Has he said some things and failed to deliver? Yes, there's no denying that. But we can't measure success of a politician in absolutes, fulfilling 100% of things, I would never expect that.

Look on the bright side, at least it wasn't Hillary who got elected. Trump isn't our savior, but he's obviously fighting for some things that many of us appreciate, he's not perfect. Some people seem to think he's perfect, I am not one of them. The main issue I see that many people in this forum have with him is his Pro-Israel position. That really seems to piss people off. Which I'm guessing that is the proverbial Limburger cheese for many here, apologies if I am mistaken (about my assumption you don't like the smell/taste).

There would have been no noticable difference in Hitlery or Trump. Did he put a stop to all the racist attacks in the media ? No. Did he improve America's image abroad ? The opposite happened. Did he build the wall ? No.

So what did he do ? Except for firing one chap after the other..

Congress/Senate pass spending bills with earmarks for various projects. POTUS can't spend money on whatever he wishes. He did send 15,000 Military troops to the border though, which I never recall happening before.

Really, our elected president didn't say about military intervention in Venezuela, it comes from some military men and some sectors of population.

Lol, ok.

The president isn't given authority over the media. How is he supposed to stop them from doing what they do? Improving Americas image abroad means nothing if that means catering to the same media and other entities you expect him to stop.

To think there are politicians across the world who aren't feverishly working night and day, at this very moment, to make sure that MY perception of their countries is improvising is just a humongous laugh. Nobody gives a shit what I think about their country.

If the media and powers that be in much of the world had a positive view about him then I'd be more concerned. People are not going to like the US regardless, a certain set of people didn't like the US under Obama, another certain set won't like the US under Trump, so on and so forth, etc. Somebody somewhere is going to be pissed off, for some reason.

Maybe you could write the POTUS a letter and outline what you would like him to do so that he can get right in top of polishing up that image.
