Let's say you are given one unique opportunity to change something about the history of your country - a particular historical event, decision, setting a different trajectory - what would you change and in what period and why?

Okay I'm gonna be honest - I've never heard of it in fact I've just googled it

How would you change it and how would that impact on the future of Hungary in the long term?

Would build a huuuge towering neverending wall to keep the turkish rapefugees out of Anatolia and watch them get massacred by Mongols from a comfy chair on top of a huge tower whilst laughing in Greek.

Stop CDU from inviting Turkish immigrants in the 60s and 70s.

Well if you read about it you probably know that Hungary has lost a very big portion of it's territory. It had it's economical impacts, a significant hungarian population have to live as a part of another nations, they had to abandon their language, and in a few generations they will inevitably have only a distant relation with their hungarian cultural/lineage ancestors. Altough we can't do nothing about it, it was a very unfair and humiliating action, which still have traumatizing effect even after a century.
