Depends if I would have to be in a traffic every day. If I would live in a smaller city with no traffic I would definitelly don't mind driving to work. Going out makes you more socialise and make new friends, working home can get booring after time.

For me, it would depend on how passionate I am about the type of work being offered at home versus the type of work being offered at the outside job. Although if the workplace is 15 minutes or less away the traveling wouldn't matter, in that case I would more likely chose the job I would travel to, unless they don't have enough open shifts for me to get enough hours to make a living from. If I got more reliable hours from the at home job then I would more likely chose it regardless of the annual earnings difference .

Although crazy to say I work at home and on the job currently, and I make nearly exactly the same with both jobs but the at home work doesn't provide tons of hours but It's fun work.
