Finns are quite remote, genetically, though their language has many very old loans straight from Proto-Germanic.

Finns are more distant from Germanics as their Finnic component is very far from Germanic, however in western part of Finland Germanic genetic influence is very strong.

    Hungary

Hungarians are a Germanic-Slavic mix with little of actual Magyar DNA.

Czechs are hardly distinguishable from Germans in appearance. I was quite surprised by what I saw in Prague.

Yes and the old magyar genetic were r1a-z93 and T1a haplogroup which is very rare in Hungary now.

How much Slavic DNA do they have? Since you claimed East Germans were about 50% Slavic autosomally, I guess Hungarians would be around 75%?

Actually Hungarians are more western-shifted than many of East Germans I've seen on GEDmatch. Look up Eurogenes Global25 PCA, it also shows it (Hungarian average plots to the west of Czech average there).
