Turanid/Dinarid mix, curious type.
Reminds me a bit of the German, Reinhard Heydrich:
Heydrich is a Dinarid/Alpinid mix I think. Many people from Southern Germany/Alpinids have smaller eyes. I don't know why.

Those aren't Turkish eyes for me. I think of Mesut Özil when I think of Turkish eyes.

There is no such thing of "Turkish eyes". Mesut Özil is not Turanid, and his eye shape is weird to me

Ozil seems to have very Mediterranean eyes. Not Asiatic at all. This guy's are more Asiatic, at least it seems like. But it's hard to define. They are "hooded"(fat above the eyes) and many White people (especially Scandinavians and South Germans for some reason) can have this, too. And also slanted, like Heydrich's. Or just very small, like Himmler's eyes. One thing that is rare among Europeans or Turks is the true Mongoloid eye-thing, though (forget what it's called) where the eye almost seems mono-lidded. That is the truly Asiatic thing. But it's a blurry like even then - I once saw an Irishman with eyes like that. Very bizarre, but somehow still managed to look fully Irish because of the eye coloring.
Eyes are a tricky thing. You can find white people with "asian" eyes..

Don't particularly see Turanid as such eyes occur in northern Europe, and they have no epicanthal folds. He looks a bit like Swiss Australian Osher Gunsberg:
EDIT: Oops, he is not of Swiss descent. He's Czech Jew/Lithuanian. Lol.
