As far as I know, Western Balkanians such as Serbs, Bosnians, Croatians are usually taller than Eastern Balkanians such as Bulgarians are Romanians. Most probably, it is because Western Balkians are generally Dinarid whereas Eastern Balkanians are mostly Med.
