    I can't believe they don't make enough to make the supply last. There is some serious negligence going on here.

    Pzifer and Mylan are the manufacturers.

    The peculiarity of epinephrine is that if exposed to light/heat/air the drug can disintegrate and turn yellow/brown-coloured so it must be re-supplied once a year, which is why suppliers did not seek to create reserves of EpiPen. Now that the demand has increased they are working on solutions.

    It is very important.
