Argentina has more mestizos/indomestizos and people of northern/central/arabic ancesty than Uruguay at same time. Also, Uruguay has as 1% of mulatto or something else. Its more probably that Chile/Paraguay become more negroid than Argentina nowadays.

Venezuela and Colombia seems to have the same racial components BUT venezuelans have more italian background and it's noticable when you compare them with colombians(you can check genetic studies or venezuelans surnames). Also, some venezuelans have portuguese and german background. Another thing to add is that their is wide difference between colombian mestizos and black admixed people. While the difference between mestizos (someone who is 50-60% euro) in venezuelans and black admixed people is more close. A lot of venezuelans looks tri-racials. Every low class or chavista crowds displays more than 10% of SSA.

I think that most of those inmigrants are males, so is no way to multiply. Also, are fewer in pair of Argentina population who is less SSA than Paraguay. To give you an example, Argentina mestizos/harnizos/castizos have similar components to Paraguay's population. And those groups are a minority in Argentina.
But Paraguay have a zamboid community.

En Colombia hay muy pocos mulatos para no decir que casi no hay. Lo que más hay es zambos y triraciales.

Except it isn't true anyway. While the distribution of SSA admixture is quite different between Colombia and Venezuela, the actual average is similar in both countries (circa 15%).
