It's sad that many of them don't speak Polish anymore.
Russification was the worst thing, what happened in Latvia.

It would be better for them to speak Latvian in Latvia than Polish, Russification is bad everywhere cause it ends with "opressed Russian minority that asks Putin for intervention to bring them back to glory Russia" if only the region is close to Russia

Greater Poland is SMALLER than Poland. It is a region within Poland:

It would be better if Latvian Poles (also Belarusians, Ukrainians, Lithuanians and other) would know Latvian better than Russian.
Then integration would be better.
Now they are merged under "Russian-speaking" umbrella, and Russian propaganda uses them. At least 25 percent of Russian speakers here are not ethnic Russians. We already have enough with Russians as Russian speakers.
