Not a bad idea. Women have different physical boundaries than men, but can still be useful as soldiers. In my opinion, however, infantry are preferably strictly male, but history has shown women on the battlefield regardless, be it as medic or as soldier. In Ancient times the Scythians shocked the Romans for their use of female soldiers, for instance. And in WWII the Soviets did the same. Some of the world's best snipers (specific role) were women.
