Yes and no.
I get terrified when looking down (or even up) a stairwell even if it is only one floor up. Like this:
I am also scared of being a room where the glass goes all the way to the floor. I used to live in flat, on the first floor, where the glass went to the floor. That was okay because it was still close to the ground. When I went to visit the person one floor above me, I got the heebie jeebies when I got too close to the window.
If I am on a balcony I don't have a problem. Granted, I haven't been on a balcony 20 floors up so I can't comment on this.
I don't mind climbing up high, for example a pole, because I can hold onto it.
I once walked in a type of cage under a bridge. My knees started feeling weird and my reflexes started doing strange things. I didn't like it at all. However, when I got to the edge of the bridge from which I bungee jumped I didn't have that fear.
This is the bridge from which I jumped. Highest commercial bungee in the world.
It seems like my fear of heights is triggered only under certain circumstances. Not being scared of a 220 meter bungee jump and getting afraid of looking down (or even up!) a stairwell just one floor high doesn't make sense.
I have selective acrophobia!
A little bit.
