I think it is a competition between those three parts of the world where people are least willing to mix with Whites (at least when it comes to sexual relationships). After all, many SE Asians (mostly women), many Black Africans and Caribbeans (mostly men) and many nonwhite Latin Americans of both genders do like to mix with Whites.

In korea and Saudi Arabia marrying a foreigner is tabu.

Maybe South Asians or Middle Easterners than East Asians last for sure, but I am not sure about people in those countries but more so for those groups living in Western countries. East Asians definitely mix with Whites a lot in Australia, though not as much as SE Asians.

Here are interracial marriage statistics from America, though it doesn't show Middle Easterners.


I myself am half South Asian and European, all of my South Asian aunties have married White men but my family is Christian and not Hindu like most Indians.

I think this was from a Pew research study specifically on Asian ethnic groups in America, that's why they broke down the Asians.

I would say the reasons why the three aforementioned groups do NOT mix so much are as follows: NE Asians tend to be too proud and ethnocentric, while South Asians and Middle Easterners tend to be too traditional, clannish and religious. By contrast, SE Asian women like White men for their (real or perceived) extra wealth and in particular masculinity; Black men like White women for their (real or perceived) extra wealth and femininity (and contrariwise many White women adore Black men's supposed masculinity too); finally, Latin Americans are racially very mixed and live in countries formed by outside colonisers anyway.

In addition, many White men find SE Asian (and possibly Mestiza) women to be more gentle, caring and submissive than White women.

Btw, looking at those stats above from the US, the most surprising aspect to me is how few Black-Hispanic marriages there apparently are, when you consider how they often live in the same neighbourhoods and how many Hispanics are partly or fully Black themselves.

It is interesting, the marriage statistics don't reflect that entirely, in the case of Black American men marrying interracially, it seems they don't do it as often and Japanese Americans have one the lowest rates of marrying other Japanese. I agree with what you're saying though.
