This big is too much but as far as i know it could be feasable between czechia slovakia poland and maybe Belarus...i bet they can understand each other more than in 1861 a lombard and a sicilian would.... for the rest is too different

An Intermarium with only the current EU member countries is possible, the rest are too unstable. Ukraine still remains essential and I think if it manages to stabilize itself it can complete the Intermarium. When Ukraine joins, Moldova and Transnistria will become a Russian-Soviet leftover enclave, I see the potential for conflict there.
Serbia and Belarus are too pro-Russian and the rest have too much Turkish and Islamic influence.
