I just created an account here only to see this thread first hahahahaha. Well to answer your question, as a Greek, no this is not normal for Greeks at all. People in classical antiquity were darker but still in the tanned caucasoid sense. These NPC are clearly sub saharan. As pointed above its clearly a marketing move. They completely misrepresent the social and national dynamics of my ancestors and buildings/costumes are oftentimes very much wrong from my experience playing this game, but then again, its just a video game
