Maybe you are right and I fucked up, but how you first said it is wrong. Also there are no special packages for balkan roma in austria or germany. They most of the roma deport back to serbia or bulgaria and has no special benefit being a roma. I just get what every citizen would get not because "Im roma" and there are no special welfare programmes for roma. What you said sounds totally different.

Everyone is active on the internet. It is already basic stuff at this point. literally EVERYONE even people who are poor as fuck in india or africa, have internet. And they post on the internet if not on a forum then on facebook or instagramm or somewhere.
