Family vacations are no fun when you're one of five

I'm 13, but I've only been on a plane 4 times. (I guess 8, if you count back and forth as 2 separate rides) We always have to sit in coach, because my parents don't have enough money for first class seats for all 7 of us. (me, 4 siblings, and parents)

The 4 guys in our family (me, my brothers, my dad) are always forced to share one hotel room, and I hate having to share a bed with my brother, although I am used to sharing a bedroom with them at home, each of us has our own bed there.

I wish my parents would just save money every year so we could have a nice vacation every 4-5 years, instead of a crappy one every summer.

Yeah that's true. When there's a lot of you it's not a luxury vacation anymore but still try and enjoy them because they will one day be only memories to look back upon once you go on your own luxury vacations lol

Well if you look at it that way it's not as enjoyable as one would hope for in luxury terms. I'd suggest getting close to one of the parents and hope they take you to a weekend vacation somewhere just the 2 of you or smth. You could be like we don't spend enough time together cuz there's always someone there like the siblings or other parents or smth. I wanna get close or smth and maybe it will work

Or find a rich friend in school and become their best friend. Fake the same interests or whatever and hope he sweeps you away to Disneyland with his family for a weekend

Yeah like you also need to occasionally mention the idea of wanting to go somewhere with them to spend more friendship time lol and then they'd prob introduce the idea to the parents who'd accept because they're rich
