Why is it unlikely, though? 13 year olds are adults in every way except legally. I can do everything adults can, except grow a beard and have a low voice. But I know about all the adult things like sex and drugs and those kinds of things, and I know all the swear words, and I could even probably make a pregnancy happen. Name one thing 18+ people can do that I can't for any reason other than law discrimination against young adults like me.

Again, I told you the answer would be patronising, and you wouldn't like it.

If you really are 13, I advise you to come back in this thread in 10 years time, have a read-back, and a little cringe
I have no clue who that is. Is it some pre-teen or elementary schooler, and you're trying to insult me by comparing me to him?

Yes, I get it, I can't grow a beard yet, and my face looks young, but I know all about adult things, and I know all the swear words, so in what way am I not mentally an adult?

No, it was more of an in-joke for forum members who were around for Bobby. He's a 20 or 21 year old with the emotional age of someone a decade younger.

Yes, I get it, I can't grow a beard yet, and my face looks young, but I know all about adult things, and I know all the swear words, so in what way am I not mentally an adult?
'I know all about adult things,' 'I know all the swear words;' dude, these aren't sentences an adult would say. You're very eloquent for a 13 year old, but ultimately, the things you come out with are the things a 13 year old would come out with. It's as simple as that. Obviously no one wants to or is even really capable of conceptualising themselves as not fully mentally or emotionally mature, but you're not.

Every teenager goes through this, "I know everything" ,"I'm mature", teen angst they call it in english? and disagrees with what older people think or do; it's completely normal, but your mind isn't completely formed, trust me your tastes will change a lot, things you find cool now will seen idiotic later, and ofc you lack some life experience.
One day you will look back and say: I was wrong and wish I could go back and listen to him/her (generally your parents, specially when you live own your own), and you'd wish to go back to when things were pimplier.

    Hi bobby
It doesn't matter that a 13 year old knows these things. Our society is over sexualised anyway so it's not surprising. It tells us nothing about their maturity and ability to maintain a relationship.

It can but it is unlikely. Well I watched a movie they are even kindergarden sweethearts but they go through different phases of their life where they are not always together in the end they marry though. It is a charls dickens a "Christmas Carol" type story but as romantic movie.

I'm sure they can. It's the same concept as high-school sweethearts. It just takes a lot of work and commitment most youngsters aren't willing/able to fork out. Those years are nothing short of learning experiences and trying to shape oneself so I'd imagine it'd be hard to keep proper attention on both your own individual growth and that of a lover.
