I repeat

The USA has a DOCTRINE of being CAPABLE of fighting 2 mayor wars the same time.

And they are capable of this no doubt, not even Russia,China and EU combined top the US military budget.

Yet alone have bases all over the world and the most modern weapon systems in hughe amounts. Noone can challenge this empire, Trump even increased their budget.
