Ask all you want, i got no problem with it. Well, it's not just the amount of hours but also the irregularity & patterns. One day I fall asleep at 1pm, the other day at 2pm, and then 4pm. And then I wake up sometime in the middle to take a leak. And if I dont get enough sleep the night before I try to make it up with a nap often. So yeah very messy.
What stops me? Well I have a general anxiety and a feeling that there's something I need to do. A lot of things on my mind and I cant let it rest, so what happens is I stay up doing nothing anyway. If I have a very productive day it's easier to fall asleep at night in my experience but then thats a whole other story(productivity I mean).
