    Ask all you want, i got no problem with it. Well, it's not just the amount of hours but also the irregularity & patterns. One day I fall asleep at 1pm, the other day at 2pm, and then 4pm. And then I wake up sometime in the middle to take a leak. And if I dont get enough sleep the night before I try to make it up with a nap often. So yeah very messy.

    What stops me? Well I have a general anxiety and a feeling that there's something I need to do. A lot of things on my mind and I cant let it rest, so what happens is I stay up doing nothing anyway. If I have a very productive day it's easier to fall asleep at night in my experience but then thats a whole other story(productivity I mean).

    no idea tbh i should probably get it checked out. generally i'll stay up doing something rather than just lying around in bed cos what's the point, might as well get some stuff done in the meanwhile

    Why do you sleep in the afternoon? Do you work nightshirt or are you just a night owl?

    Yes, i'm the same. I find it hard to switch off. I envy those who hit the pillow and are knocked out in 2 minutes.

    I'm more of a type that doesn't like the idea of losing control of my body when sleeping. It's an irrational fear in a way. Not sure what brought it on. Could be the fact i had night epilepsy as a kid. Don't know.

    It’s been my biggest issue in the past years, I’m rarely well rested, my sleep schedules are completely flipped, I’ve had to re-arrenge my life in order to fit my sleep hours; Indica strains used to work for me until I started getting paranoid

    I actually had the same fear at one point. You are very vulnerable while sleeping, and at some point in our history we were sleeping in the wild with no protection at all. So, it's not really that irrational.

    Whenever I have to do something the next day( either work, doctors appointment, or just a simple fun trip) will trigger sleep anxiety.
    Late night thoughts are also a bitch

    I think i need someone in my life again. When i was in a relationship, i slept so good.
