    Relationship could help but for now you should focus on what you eat/drink before you go to bed. Gym should be done in morning hours and avoid cardio during nighttime. Also weed could help as another user said

    I have sleep anxiety on sundays I guess. Always poor sleep every sunday.

    I experienced sleep anxiety briefly a couple years ago. I was feeling anxious in general every day during that time though.

    It happens to me mostly whenever i have work or something important on the next day. Very frustrating.
    For a longtime I havnt been a great sleeper, I would say my avg is around 6 hours but there are nights where I get 4.

    The thing is I have developed quite a tolerance for getting through the day on not a lot of sleep.

    I remember being sooo tired once when I had travelled overseas, I was really jetlagged and probably hadnt slepted properly for around 48 hours. I felt sooo exhausted I wanted to sleep sooo bad but I had this feeling that if I let myself fall alseep I would never wake up again because that is how exhausted I felt. I think I actually resisted sleeping and just layed in the hotel bed for like 8 hours resting in a state of semi sleep.
