List of Balkan Countries having issues With Serbia

Relations are rated: Very Good, Good, Neutral, Bad, Hostile


1. Croatia (hates Serbs for what they list as "numerous reasons" that happened through several centuries) Relations: Bad
2. Bulgaria in 90's disliked Serbia for having claims on Macedonia (which Serbia even today call Southern Serbia) Relations Good
3. Bosnia (weak religious tolerance between Orthodoxy and Islam, both sides claiming territories in Bosnia and Serbia) Relations: Neutral to Bad
4. Montenegro (Was previously close ally of Serbia, nowdays extremely hostile banning anything related to Serbian culture and history) Relations: Neutral
5. Albania (Hostile to Serbia, supporting Kosovo independence, historical disagreements) Relations: Hostile
6. FYR Macedonia just like with Montenegro, Serbia dislikes the fact FYR Macedonia abandoned Serbian Orthodox Church and consider them Heretics, Relations: Neutral

Macedonia - Nobody serious calls it "southern Serbia" I even didn't know for that term before this forum also what church thinks is not important for public opinion at all. I would vote for "good" here.

Albania - Serbia is not in conflict with Albania and I would say it is only "bad" relation here not "hostile". Serbia has problem with Albanians from Kosovo and Kosovo is part of Serbia by Serbian constitution.

Nice assessment, but relationships with Montenegro certainly aren't neutral. They're literally undermining us at every step.

Albania - Serbia is not in conflict with Albania and I would say it is only "bad" relation here not "hostile". Serbia has problem with Albanians from Kosovo and Kosovo is part of Serbia by Serbian constitution.

Well Albania is doing everything in it's power to make Kosovo independent state, that's a hostile act.

Macedonians were all members of Serbian Orthodox Church cause that was Serbian territory etc.. now they act like they never had anything to do with Serbs
(I don't care personally) but some Serbs find that behavior very disrespectful (just like with Montenegrins) so I still think Neutral is more reasonable than Good, but who knows what future holds.

Montenegro is shifting towards Bad though.

As a local I know Bulgarians used to envy Serbians back in communism times, because they were allowed to travrel to Europe and things like that.

Now we think that Serbs envy us, because we are a member of the European Union.

Don't be naive. TV is full of propaganda and those interviews are done with the purpose to influence people's opinion to be more pro EU.

Serbs who hate EU & NATO are not allowed to be on TV

They are marked as Dissidents by treacherous puppet government.

Now we think that Serbs envy us, because we are a member of the European Union.

If some Serbs envy you that is because they think (which is probably true) that your economy is doing better now because of EU.
