There is criticism in 2 ways. The criticism what’s being used to hurt you on purpose without making you better you should not pay attention to. The other criticism contains useful sayings ofcourse, like ‘you should do you hair different because this doesn’t suit you well’. It’s just someones oppinion and you can pay attention to that in order to adjust if you feel like they’re right. About language/limited options idk. Just go out in a bar and speak to people and make new friends, your english doesnt have to be pro to do that

And i was a swimmer (backstroke) before, thats why i have available body to do many sports but i just hesitating comments from outside, also somebody says 20 is a late age to start something new. I don't actually know what to do.

Totally agree. If they bully you they aren't your friends.
As a very ugly person that I am, I can say that when I was young my friends mocked of me sometimes, but just in a friendly way and they never bullied me or saying slmething awful about my physical appearene.
Now, I am not young anymore, and I feel that I can live without the complex by my condition... Around 15 years ago I found a woman who didn't see me that ugly, and I have a family. I feel very grateful.
