Thanks. The trick is to stay lean during the pregnancy. I took this selfie on the day that I gave birth,





1) I measured just over 16% body fat. My weight was 59 kilos (130 lbs). When I weighed myself two weeks later I was 52 kilos (115 lbs).

2) So if you don't put on a lot of fat, the only weight that you gain is about 3-4 kilos (7-9 lbs) of fluid. That comes off by itself after about 2 months.

Well, like I said before, that's impressive. Lots of women get lazy after giving birth. So kudos to you.

2) Yes I'm naturally small and lean, but that doesn't make it okay for you to be fatter than me. It means that you have to work harder.

3) People on my mother's side of the family are very hard working. I channel that into working out and running a home instead of having a career. If I wasn't into this stuff I'd be working 60 hours a week at an office.

4) The key to becoming (and staying) fit is to enjoy the work. I personally enjoy being on a diet, and I enjoy working out. It's one of the best parts of my day.

1) It comes from my own experience. When you're skinny men lose it.

2) Let's call a spade a spade: they're fat girls. They're not thick, or chubby, or curvy, or rubenesque - they're fat because they eat too much and don't exercise.

3) Are you telling me that your friends are attracted to women who sit on their asses and stuff their faces? They're coping and we both know it.

4) Now let me address the "skinny girls look sick" argument, which is something that women usually pull:

a) If you eat lean cuts of meat, and fruits and vegetables, in moderate amounts - then you won't be fat.

b) If you exercise on top of that, then you will be skinny as fuck.

c) So it's the other way around, fat girls look sick, which is why men are repulsed by them.
