If I used this method and lost weight, I would either look like I'm starving to death or be dead.

1) Just take you height in cm and subtract 20. That's where you should be.

2) For example I'm 166 cm. 66 - 20 = 46. So I should be 46 kilos.

3) I was 47 kilos pre pregnancy but that's because I've added a bit of muscle. So it's not an absolute standard.

4) For example if you're 170 cm, take 70 - 20 = 50. So you should be 50 kilos.

If I would be 55 I would be considered anorexic tbh and it won’t look good so im ok with 64-65. When I was 61 people were already worried :/

1) 20% is a bit flabby. You're going to have a very soft body.

2) At 15% you just look young and thin.
