Here are some quick pointers for training your bitch, based on my own experience,

1) You need to get the bitch to do things that are considered outrageous. Here are some examples,

- Fuck strangers at a dogging spot.

2) Once you've pushed her limits, regular stuff will not seem like a big deal. For example,

- she will cook for you.

- she will do all the household chores.

- she will dress however you want.

- she will carry your things.

- she will address you respectfully. I usually call my man "Sir".

- she will pay for you, or not demand that you work.

3) For me I got into this stuff once I started wearing a burqa. But other things can work just as well. Just think of a big taboo that she needs to break.

4) The basic concept is that women are not like me because it's socially taboo. Get her to break the social taboos, and being like me won't be a big deal.

Here's how I think that you could get your bitches into fitness,

a) Voice that you are not happy with her,

- "I'm not happy with the way your body looks".

- "And I think it is possible for you to achieve this".

b) Then you point her to my thread. And especially show her pictures of my body. That will make her want to lose weight. Because 95% of people, both men and women, will attempt to lose weight after seeing me.

c) I don't know if you can get her to be hard working (because I'm naturally hard working) but I think that you need to keep stating that you're not happy with her, and that she needs to do better.

d) I guess you can also reward her when she reaches a certain body fat percentage for example.

4) You need to get her to dislike women. Just tell her everyday how much women suck, and how great men are. Eventually you'll wear her down.

5) Direct her to my threads. After reading enough material she'll fall into it.

1) Get her to break a taboo. Take her a dogging spot and get her to fuck a stranger. Tell her that it turns you on or that she's really hot and sexy when she does that.

2) Take away all distractions. Phone, Internet, Netflix, social media, friends, ice cream, and so on. Anything she normally wastes her time on. Say that you want to spend more quality time with her.

3) Keep telling her how women are bad, and men are good.

5) After a few weeks of this you should see an improvement in compliance.
