Mixed Kazakhs, Georgians, Russians, Armenians etc. I'm not saying that all of the 90s immigrants from the Soviet Union were eligible by ancestry to claim Greek citizenship, however, some of them have "true" Pontic Greek blood.

It's not even about blood. To what extent even old Pontic Greeks have Greek blood is debatable. But most of the 90s immigrants are fake and their families don't know a word of Pontic Greek. I know some that are legit though, indeed. And they don't end up robbing truck drivers.
