Need help with identifying female hat from Tsarist Russia

Hello.
I wonder if someone could help me with identifying this type of female hat. My great-great grandmother which was the wife of a tsarist officer (my great-great grandfather) had a very similar to that of the woman on the picture. I wonder if someone could help me to draw any conclusion based on the hat. I know it sounds a bit silly but I would know if it is possible to state whether that type of hat was specific for any social class. I only know my great-great grandfather had a batman or "denshchik" (Russian: Денщик)
I do not however know whether he was haigh ranking officer or which social class he exactly represented.

Post a screenshot of that hat picture on r/whatisthisthing on Reddit. Somebody there will probably know. People post the most random things there yet somebody inevitably knows what they all are. Alternatively you could try and go to forums/communities for female fashion and see if somebody there knows.
