I clearly meant Russians proper, not minorities.

Italian probably, given that in both coloring and features you can find everything from people who look German to Middle Eastern.

While Russians do have a pretty wide range, we are much more concentrated in terms of skin colour, majority being type II with III and I being pretty equivalent. Italians pigmentation from my experience is much more dispersed.
