If they used high SPF and broad UV range skin and scalp and lip protection to carefully protect their skin, UPF50+ rated protective clothing and sunhats, certified wraparound sunglasses, etc, and sensibly avoided frying and damaging their skin in the hellish heat of the burning sun, and use UPF50+ sun parasols to shield their skin whilst walking outside in the baking sun like the wise Japanese people often do in their culture.

Yes, the amount will naturally be higher among Europeans since the frequency is much higher. But Africans have higher mortality rates than Europeans once having the disease.
Maybe you shouldn't treat cancer so nonchalantly and show some respect.The estimated five-year melanoma survival rate for black patients is only 65 percent, versus 91 percent for whites.
