No one spoke Ottoman Arabic except the ruling elite and the populace of the palace which made up like 1 percent of the society. And that is also the total amount of literary population in the Ottoman Empire.
The language spoken in Anatolia at that time is not really different than that of today. People did not really know how to write or speak Arabic.
Well, you might be an exception since most probably your ancestors are traced back to the harem populace. The palace dwellers were mostly Slavs after all.
