    If we believe this genetic study (link below), only Pan-Slavism has some biological basis and is supported by scientific evidence: only Slavic-speakers are truly related to each other, while Germanic-speakers are not really a group of common origin, and neither are Latins:

    Slavic people have a connected ethnic and lingustic. Also Germanic people have a connected ethnic and lingustic. But Romance people have a connected just lingustic.

    I think, terms such as Slavic, Germanic, Turkic, Italic, Iranic, Semitic, etc. are ethnological and linguistic terms. In my opinion, they are not directly correlated with neither genotypes nor phenotypes. As for the original question, I guess, all the options are correct. At least, all the people are somewhat related to each other and the people of same meta ethnic group tend to be more related to each other.
