What if Russia never sold Alaska to the USA?
Would it become part of Canada eventually or would it still be Russian today?

Culturally it would be Russian but very likely to form a state separate from Empire. It's to far to maintain control.

The US or canada would have conquered Alaska either way. Canada wouldnt have wanted russia encroaching on its lands neither.
