See the following results on Dodecad K12b. "North European" here peaks in Lithuanians, Finns, Russians. Note that the average for Sicily is 11% (with some individuals I see scoring below 10%), and most Cretans/Dodecanese score around there while most mainland Greeks are in the 22-25%.

North Aegeans, Cyclades, and some of the northernmost Dodecanese like Tilos/Patmos have higher Baltic/NE European. Why?

Many Cyclades and North Aegean islanders are close to Maniots, Apulians, etc. It seems like in the Aegean though, Ikaria is different than other North Aegeans. I have found Ikaria to be the island with the most similar results to Sicily.
