Can a meso-endomorph person turn to ectomorph?

I always was very skinny when i was a child. But, two years ago i ride bycicle a lot, only with that i already developed some muscles on my arms, then i begin to go to the gym and and i developed even more muscles very easilly. That maybe because i am mesomorph.
However, since some days ago, i stoped to go the gym and i get a lot chubbier and i don't seen to have muscles anymore. So i don't know which body type is mine.
But i want to know, can a endomorph or mesomorph person turn to ectomorph? How?
I want to be slender because it would make me to look more elegant

First search a doctor that will indicate an endocrinologist, cardiologist, nutritionist, a gym. Guy, search a doctor, as you said each person has his own body structure and metabolism and just a doctor can work it with you.
