Most of my friends are Italian-American and a lot of them have blonde hair or dirty blonde hair. Most of them are Sicilian and tend to have darker features, but there are also several blondes. They have an even lighter blonde color than northern europeans. I don't think they're Sicilian though, maybe something a little more north/central in Italy.

Nothing particularly shocking about her look. I wouldn't guess her as Scandinavian by any means. I have a friend of mine who is of southern Campanian origins mainly and could pass as my brother.

and the marche and irish are from different parents, so light traits from both sides could express in her

I think it's just the blonde hair, I don't think it is impossible for Southern Italians to have her facial features.It is just funny to think she looks how she does but she is genetically close to these people when she could not look less like them.
There is nothing even remotely West Asian in her look. She looks full blown Irish or Scandinavian.
With darker blonde hair and curly hair, do you think she fits in better?

Calabrians and Sicilians are as Italians as any other Italian people from any other Italian region. They are not different from other Italians. And as I've said a thousand times your Italian-American friends are not representative of all Southern Italians. Of course Southern Italians are not Swedes, and the majority of us have brown hair. However, I can assure you that the majority of us also has light/pale skin and light/fully European features. You can also find a lot of blondes and redheads, as I've already said.

No I'm not being sarcastic at all. Most of my friends are Calabrese and I've never considered them to be exotic in any way. They're dark washed to hell on here.
