Besides Lebanon? Probably Iran. Persian is a beautiful language with a top-tier literary tradition and the country looks goregeous; I'd really like to visit its Caspian Sea coast.

Turkey, Iran, Egypt and Lebanon. Theoretically many countries are nice there but I think regarding culture, history and cuisine this countries are the most preferable.

Iran and it's not even close. Iran/Persia has always been a power house in the region since ancient times: they gave the romans an greeks a good headache; they were not conquered by the ottoman turks; and they were not colonized by an european country, even though they were heavily influenced by the british-russian influence in the XIX century. Also I'd rather follow shia islam than sunni, and I like the fact that Iran is not just a western allied like Japan, South Korea and Saudi Arabia, Iran follows it's own path.
