I think it is, the average there (including blacks and pardos) is around 60%. I think it's reasonable to say at least 40% of them are over 80%.

2.-Argentina 75-80% (The descendants of immigrants quarrel here with the real Argentineans)
3.-Chile 50%
4.-Brazil 45%
5.-Costa Rica 35% (Something similar to Argentina)
6.-Cuba 30% (Cubans abroad are one thing, Cuba in itself is another, as time passes the island is more Negroid)
7.-Paraguay 30%
8.-Colombia 20%
9.-Venezuela (Impossible to give a percentage with so much diaspora, but here goes)
10.-Mexico 12%
11.-Ecuador 9%

Btw, I think NE is overestimated sometimes. We must remember that:

Southern Brazil: 27,38 mi
SE Brazil: 80,35 mi
NE Brazil: 53,59 mi

I would go far to say that SE and South whites alone > Entire NE. Yet, even NE has whites or Euro Pred Triracials. The fact is that the gap between 70% White/MENA Brazilians x 90% White/MENA is HUGE, but I would agree that Brazil would have 60%+ considering 70% or more Euro/MENA.

Brazil is most European than Chile genetically, has many more people 100% European, many more phenotypes of the center and north of Europe, many more blonds. But, despite all that, IMO Chile has more persons who can pass in Europe. Chile is more homogeneous, also negroid component (practically inexistent in Chile) is very dominant, a castizo / harnizo chilean has much more oportunity can pass in Europa than a quadron / terceron / pardo Brazilian. Also the climatic difference causes the chileans to look paler.

Man, I live in Chile right now. Again, no way, except if we consider only some population clusters. The number of Chilean who pass in Europe is 30% at most, no joke here.
