I experienced so called sleep paralysis since I was kid until my 30s, one must be really voluntary blind and rejecting to consider it to be non demonic activity. Science can prove nothing, but it lies in spiritual part of human being and his interaction with the thin World we're open to in some conditions. I experienced being out of body during surgery aswell.

Also, for one male i have quite sharp feelings, expecting lots of stuff, I had some very complicated situations in my life with a complicated structure stretched in time and conditions which cannot be accidental. I won't dare to describe them, as it's personal experience, and it's like throwing pearls.

Was it under general anesthesia or a local one?
I had a general one and it sent me to complete sleep. Everything turned black and had no awareness of myself (like I was not even existing) until I woke up, when the effect was gone.

The last anesthesia I had was in september for gastroscopy. I slept like 10 minutes and didn't see anything. The one with outer of body experience was a deep anesthesia in 2000 when i had a complicated operation on stomach.

Luckily you made it out of it. Such anesthesias and operations can be tricky at times. Mine was for appendicitis (almost peritonitis).
That must've felt like a very strange experience but also interesting, perhaps scarry? Did it last long? Were you able to move in any direction or see your body underneath you?
I've read in a book that someone had an out of the body experience (I don't remember exactly how, but maybe induced through meditation practices). And once out of the body, saw some "entities" lurking around.

Same here, appendicitis, almost peritonitis, back in 2000 when it was done way more traumatic, I have a 10 cm scar on stomach. Now they take the appendix with person not sleeping but having some kind of local anesthesia, through a small hole, the technique is called laparoscopy.

I could see myself and doctors from the ceiling, I had a feeling that I'm probably dead. I didn't read about such experiences before this so it couldn't be made up by my mind.

Nope. Can't make sense of the idea at all. I suspect there are other dimensions, that the consciousness carries on, post-death, but ghosts don't make any sense to me.
I've experienced some very weird phenomena, mostly in my current property where I often get awoken by something tugging at my leg or gently shaking it. And in the past, I've felt the presence of ... well, odd things.

I suspect the soul might exist and that there may really be a spiritual dimension, which is why I'm open to notions of demons, djinns etc..
At the same time, I think UFOs/Aliens are pretty much a given, due to the huge volume of witness statements, photographic, video and indirect evidence.

No, but more to the point they don't interest me as far as paranormal/spooky things go. They don't seem to do much, besides wandering down hallways occasionally or somesuch.

Maybe that would change if I experienced one.
    Spoiler!
